This client, recognized for their award-winning healthcare platform, connects patients, providers, insurers, and innovators to deliver high-quality, affordable virtual care. In response to the pandemic’s unprecedented demand for telehealth services, the client sought to strengthen and expand their platform, particularly in mental health and automated virtual care solutions.
There has been a surge in demand for telehealth services across health systems in the last few years. Healthcare providers have rapidly adapted to telemedicine as the primary mode of care, compelling the client to react swiftly to provide better patient care. This was an opportunity for the client to scale their platform effectively. The client turned to BigRio, a company with deep expertise in healthcare technology, for a rapid solution.
