Melanie Sukh

Melanie has extensive experience in outsourcing, global strategic sourcing, bid management, and contract & price negotiations in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications and manufacturing industries.

Melanie has led hundreds of competitive processes up to many millions of dollars, significantly improving business outcomes via cost reduction and risk mitigation. Her primary expertise is in IT sourcing, where she has led bids for outsourcing, software, hardware and development. In addition, she has coached and mentored many colleagues over her career. She also developed Project Management expertise while working in the IT industry. While living in India, Melanie was the founder and president of Talent Associates, a management training and development company. She created and delivered seminars on leadership, customer focus, change management, time management and executive health management to senior managers in various industries.

Melanie is also a Six-Sigma Green Belt with extensive experience leading kaizen events for process improvement. She has published in professional journals, written several internal white papers and position statements. Her education includes degrees from Michigan State University, Northeastern University and Harvard University.
