Allen Sugerman

Allen has over thirty years of experience. He is a senior level Finance Executive with CFO, Treasury, and ‘Big 8’ consulting experience working with both public and private companies in
the Healthcare and Insurance sector.

Served as a CFO for several companies including a NYSE listed company and health care providers and service industries. As a consultant he worked with private equity firms on acquisitions and turn arounds, as well as providing interim management to a diverse group of healthcare and insurance companies. He has worked with an Emergency and Hospitalist physician group of 300 physicians in 22 locations on restructuring operations, a captive insurance company and urgent care centers. Completed group’s first acquisition. Coordinated with investment banker to position group for a sale.

He has worked with private equity firms on acquisitions and sales as well as providing interim management to a clinical pathology lab, insurance company and child care company. He has extensive experience from the provider and vendor perspective managing the complete revenue cycle for physician groups. He has hands on management experience with health care operations including ambulatory care facilities, in and out patient rehabilitation, and medical malpractice insurance.

Allen has extensive experience with operations, mergers & acquisitions, real estate expansion, international outsourcing, business expansion, start-ups and acquisition integration. Allen has earned his MBA degree from Claremont Graduate University.
