Daniel is an accomplished Hands-on Senior Technology Leader with 12+ years of progressive experience and expertise in leading enterprise level projects and aligning business objectives with technology solutions with a high emphasis on Web and Mobile Automation utilizing CI/CD technology for pipeline integration. He deftly combines leadership, coaching and mentoring, technical, communication skills, and ingenuity to introduce process improvements, streamline operations, and complete projects using best practice methodologies.

Daniel brings experience in Retail, Insurance, Transportation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Telecommunication Industries. He has successfully completed more than 20 projects coaching/leading QA manual, automation, performance, and security teams He has led cross-functional and globally distributed teams of up to 100 analysts, developers, and engineers in automation testing where he has achieved over 80% coverage. He has received client recognition awards for Exceptional Leadership work including his most current work McDonalds Corp.

Daniel is originally from the Midwest, completing his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. When Daniel is not busy working to serve our clients, he enjoys coaching, traveling, and playing music.
