Deepak Sukh has extensive global management and leadership experience in telecommunications, banking, electronics and manufacturing industries. He provides operational leadership to his clients to significantly improve business performance. Deepak not only helps companies to improve performance, he has also developed key managers and coached senior executives in the USA and around the world.
Among his achievements, Deepak was the CEO of AT&T’s first joint venture in India, Trans-India Network Systems Limited. This company introduced modern telecommunications into several industries including the first cellular service and digital rural communications in India. Through his career he held several key positions at Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies before establishing Luminent in 2001. His roster of clients includes some of the largest names in Indian business: Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Tata Elxsi, among others. Deepak has also helped the US Navy, Kraft Foods, Ferrari and Kodak with his programs and consulting.
Deepak earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, an institute honoured by the US Congress. He also holds an MBA from the University Business School, Panjab University. Deepak earned post graduate degrees and worked on his PhD in Operations Research and Information Systems, at Case Western Reserve University.
