The client needed a robust Research Portfolio Dashboard with management functionality to streamline its drug development portfolio, which includes:
- Single Sign-On (SSO) with integration to its existing Identity and Access Management Service.
- Managing and displaying a portfolio of drug candidates.
- Managing “Stage Gates” for early discovery, candidate elimination, and selection.
- Managing and displaying “Recent Updates” for its portfolio of drug candidates.
- Supporting decision-making for investment and development phases.
- Enhancing visibility and collaboration across teams.

BigRio partnered with the client to develop a Research Portfolio Dashboard with the following key screens:
- Landing Page
· Provides an overview of the client’s drug portfolio candidates.
· Highlights key metrics and portfolio status. - Portfolio Page
· Displays detailed breakdown of drug candidates in various stages.
· Includes insights into selection and elimination processes. - Management Pages
· Several pages to manage Recent Updates and its portfolio of drug candidates.
