Guna Jayaseelapandian

Guna is a senior data and analytics leader with over twenty years of experience in designing and providing solutions for corporations in various industries especially finance, healthcare and retail. Guna’s expertise includes Data Strategy and Roadmaps, Data Sciences, Data Engineering, Data Management & Governance and Data Privacy.

In his previous role Guna led the Charlotte Data and Analytics practice for a consulting firm and provided subject matter oversight for various data focused initiatives and supporting business development activities and planning for various client requirements and alignment towards data consultant hiring and training. Guna has worked as a SVP for Bank of America where he was responsible for data analytics strategy and execution of key analytics projects in the risk and compliance space. Prior to this Guna helped create the viewership analytics program at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) that helped in better programming and targeted advertising.

He has helped design and develop various software products including Clinical Trial Management software, Digital Security products and CRM/ERP software for Peoplesoft (acquired by Oracle).

Guna has three Master’s and two Bachelor’s degrees in various fields of Business and Data Sciences. He has several software certifications as an Enterprise Applications Architect and Cloud Practitioner.
