Job Title: AI Product Manager- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
FTE (6 months contract to hire)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Manager with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management RCM for our Digital Health team. You will be responsible for creating new and exciting AI-driven digital health software products and solutions that focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in our healthcare clients’ environments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of generative AI (NLP, LLMs) and machine learning technologies, coupled with a proven track record in product management within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI applications in healthcare payments and revenue cycle management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that the product meets user expectations and regulatory standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience building AI products with LangChain.
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager role, with a focus on AI or machine learning products; experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market.
- In-depth experience building and launching products with major cloud providers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; experience building labs or engaging in hands-on technical projects is a plus.
- Ability to demo products at both high-level overviews and detailed technical explanations, articulating not just the “why” but also the “how” behind product functionalities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in remote-first companies and navigating large distributed teams.
- Background working with enterprise data products.
- Experience with a variety of IT and security tools and technologies, and understanding how best to integrate and onboard data.
- Experience working with products deployed across multiple types of environments and infrastructure (cloud, on-premises, hybrid).
- No fear in speaking your mind; strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
