Job Description: Junior QA Analyst/Assistant
Location: Chennai- Hybrid in the office

Responsibilities:
Document Processing:
- Learn to identify “protected” PDF files, open them in Acrobat Reader, and re-print them as standard PDFs to save in Google Drive.
- Assist in extracting key images from decks and PDFs, such as high-level designs and network diagrams, and organize them in the designated Drive folders.
Project Setup:
- Support project file loading and verify they open without errors. Help resolve issues like file protection mechanisms that may block loading.
- Monitor the text extraction process, ensuring that the system (e.g., Zeus) reads files correctly and flags any warnings for further review.
Learning Key Details:
- Work closely with the team to identify critical diagrams or information and understand their importance to technical advisors.
- Maintain organized file structures within Google Drive, contributing to the team’s efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Follow structured workflows, asking questions and seeking guidance to understand the process better.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of your work, taking pride in contributing to project deliverables.
