Job Overview:
BigRio seeks an expert Microsoft Office 365 Solution Architect to design, develop, and deploy messaging and communication solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Forefront Identity Manager, along with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint migrations with minimal disruption.
- Design and implement Exchange Server, Active Directory, and Windows Server solutions.
- Assess and integrate competitive technologies and security solutions.
- Conduct system reviews, optimize performance, and develop IT strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to solve complex challenges.
- Represent BigRio professionally in client engagements.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Expert in Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud/hybrid deployments, messaging security, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications (M365 Enterprise Admin, Azure Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Teams, OneDrive, VoIP, and telephony solutions.
