Partha is a seasoned executive who brings more than 25 years of an unique blend of experience across Sales Operations, Relationship management, Healthcare/Insurance Operations, P&L management.

He is skilled at delivering year-over-year revenue, growth, operational efficiency and margin improvement. Over the years he has demonstrated a track record in building, integrating and leading large global, multi-location, high performance teams.In his previous role, Partha was the General Manager for Conduent’s Digital Processing business where he oversaw a global team delivering technology driven BPO services to clients in Healthcare and Insurance. Prior to that he has worked for organizations like Concentrix, Cap Gemini, Universal American (now part of Centene Corp.), SAP and IBM. Over the last 15 years he has closely worked with Healthcare Payers as well as Providers. He brings a significant amount of domain expertise in Healthcare, especially in the Managed Medicare, Medicaid and Dual Eligible segments. He is passionate about reducing inefficiencies in the health insurance eco-system as well as data driven operations management.

Partha holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering.
