Scott Danzig serves as a Principal Software Engineer for BigR.io, supporting development efforts for its clients. He has over 20 years’ experience in multiple industries as a software engineer, and works to leverage his knowledge to deliver effective, efficient solutions that fulfill clients’ needs. He has an affinity for functional and asynchronous programming, and REST API design. Scott also enjoys learning about new debugging strategies, DevOps technologies, and is a strong believer in the Agile software development methodology. He proactively shares knowledge and prefers to lead by example.
Scott holds a BS from Rutgers University in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a Masters from Columbia University in Electrical Engineering. In his spare time, he has been an avid, self-taught filmmaker and videographer and regularly competes in film festivals.
