ServiceNow Administrator
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Primarily Remote, with an Onsite Presence Required Once Per Month

Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop effective solutions, and implement platform improvements that optimize workflows and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements.
- Develop and manage workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls within the system.
- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow releases and features to ensure the platform is used efficiently.
- Lead communication and training efforts related to ServiceNow, including ISD support strategies.
- Oversee and track the progress of system upgrades and optimizations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Prioritize and address break-fix issues and system enhancements.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, including configuring applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) to enhance platform functionality.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in ServiceNow environments.
- Experience using ServiceNow’s performance analytics and reporting tools.
- Understanding of business and clinical workflows and how they integrate with ServiceNow modules.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer.
- Prior experience working in an IT service management environment is advantageous.
