BigRio is a NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI contract holder. We help federal organizations plan, build, and operate technology solutions across AI, data, enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital modernization.

Through SEWP VI, eligible agencies can seek quotes for solutions and services available under BigRio’s contract. SEWP VI ordering is anticipated to begin November 1, 2026.

How to work with BigRio through SEWP VI

Define your requirement
Identify the mission need, technical requirements or statement of work, deliverables, performance location, schedule, security needs, and evaluation criteria.
Issue a request through NASA SEWP
Your contracting office can use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool to conduct market research or request quotes from eligible contract holders. The ordering contracting officer manages fair opportunity and follows applicable agency procedures and contract terms.
Review BigRio’s response
For an eligible request, BigRio will respond through the prescribed SEWP process with the applicable solution or service, pricing, terms, schedule, and quote validity.
Place the order
After evaluating responses and selecting an offer, the agency’s contracting office issues the order through the SEWP process.

Formal SEWP quote requests should be issued through NASA’s prescribed quoting process. BigRio can quote only solutions and services available under its SEWP contract and in the SEWP database of record at the time of the request.
